SHIPPING / PAYMENTS

Shipping is FREE for all of our area rugs within continental USA.  In cases when we ask for shipping costs, preferred domestic & international shipping rates available.  Our packages are professionally prepared and ship via major carriers.  Packages dispatching via FedEx or UPS will require physical delivery address, other carriers may be used at our discretion.  Tracking information will be provided as soon as possible once available, on all shipments adult signature is required for delivery.

Oversize packages or those weighing over 150 lbs are considered freight.

***For international orders: the purchaser (and or recipient) is responsible for all import taxes and custom fees assessed by the local customs authority. Full payment to cover the purchase amount and shipping cost will need to be wired before international shipment occurs. Bank wire transfer instructions will be provided. We reserve the right not to ship international.  We reserve the right to ship only to address to which your payment method corresponds.

If you're not happy with the purchase then return it for a refund, we allow 4 days so you can decide.  Rugs not shipped back within that time will not be eligible for a refund. Prepare the package well, secure the merchandise in packaging without applying tape directly to the rug, insure the package for full amount paid.  If you have further questions don't hesitate to call. 

• We reserve the right to ask for a 10% restocking fee.
• Return shipping cost and liability is buyer responsibility.
• Custom merchandise is not eligible for returns.
• We only sell brand new non-skid rug pads. This product is not returnable for hygiene and sanitary considerations.

***We reserve the right to request a payment by wire transfer when domestic shipping address is APO/FPO/OTHER or doesn't correspond to billing.

Tax Considerations: Maryland residents, your order is subject to a sales tax which, is included in the price posted online. Outside of Maryland, Sales Tax is governed by the state where you reside. We are not required or responsible to collect and remit sales tax outside of the state of Maryland.
